Cat flap fitted purrfectly I have used Door Doctor in the past to adjust and fix windows and take out a bay window in order to bring large sofa into the living room. UPVC door lock Visited the Door Doctor for a GU 538 UPVC door lock and mechanism (04/01/23), it was on the counter within minutes and exactley what was requirted after contacting my local UPVC establishments, one advised the Door Doctor the other could not help. Great service When our main entry door jammed I called the Door Doctor. The young lady said she’d try to get someone to us. The fitters arrived at lunch time and had the door open in seconds. The problem was a screw had fallen out of the mechanism and was fixed very quickly. Superb service and not expensive. I recommend them.

What fantastic service. There was a defect on my front door which meant I couldn’t open it. I Spoke to John at Door Doctor who said that they were very busy and it might take a few days to get to me. Very happy customer Had several windows and french door repaired earlier this year, very happy with service. When they came to measure and quote I was told one large window in bedroom would need exchanging, however, when they came to repare the other windows, he had another look and actually managed to fix the hingies and tilt/open mechanism so new window not needed. Honest and reliable company, will certainly use again. I actually was in contact with them 6 years ago when I first moved to Plymouth and my sofa would not fit through flat door. Door Doctor was just around the corner and they came the next morning, took out the middle bay window – sofa went in – window went back in – job done within half an hour for a very reasonable price.

Great local company Needed to call out The Door Doctor quite urgently as hinge snapped on French door late afternoon. Although very busy, someone came the next morning and fitted new hinge, so door no longer hanging off. Really pleased with the service, polite and professional tradesman. Will use again definitely.

Sudden failure of bottom door hinge meant front door dropped and was unable to close. Door Doctor quickly and effectively repaired the hinge, fitted new lock, handles etc. Very impressed with their professionalism.
